初中的第一个学期即将逝去，老师们的一言一行、一举一动、一颦一笑都深深的.印在了我的心底，他们在课堂上的认真、细心：在课余时间的体贴、关心早已感化了我。今天我就来说说我们的英语老师一王老师吧！
王老师中等个子，衣着洋气，标准的瓜子脸上戴着一副黑色边框的眼镜，马尾辫总是梳理的很服帖，一双明亮的眼睛闪烁着自信，坚定的目光。看到我们总是笑眯眯的。你可千万别以为她是和蔼的，她可是一位严厉的老师呢！有一次，老师听写了单词。这些单词很早就开始背了，但我听写的结果很不理想，一个单元的20个单词我就写错5个，写的单词还歪歪扭扭的，非常难看。
王老师把我留了下来，让我重新写。直到我把单词写工整、规范为止，王老师才让我回家。我当时很恨王老师，心想：不就是几个单词吗？写好写坏不都是一样吗？干吗这么一遍又一遍地写，硬是把单词写规范，真是浪费时间。回到家，我把未按时回家的原因告诉了妈妈，妈妈对我说：“单词对于学习英语是基础，从写单词上能看出一个人的学习态度。王老师严格要求是对的，是对你负责，你学到知识是自己的，只有老师才会这样不厌其烦的要求你。”听了妈妈的一席话，我明白了老师的用意，使我更加敬佩王老师了。从那以后，我就像个一年级的小学生，天天中午坚持练英语字帖，无论写什么作业都坚持把字写工整，写规范。过了一段时间，我的单词比以前漂亮了，规范了，还多次受到老师的表扬。看到我的进步，王老师比我还高兴呢！这都是王老师严格要求的结果。
