网上教学确实是一种很具特色的方法。由教育局统一部署，各单位积极响应，收到了良好的效果。使我们每一个学员从中学到了很多有用的东西，向着热爱教育事业，积极进取，乐于奉献，为人师表的优良方向发展。
这次研修的主要特色就是没有城乡差别，通过老师的相互交流，使我们在学科知识和教学经验上有很大提高;由网络贯穿整个学习过程，使我们在电脑操作上有进一步的了解;本次研修按就近原则到各培训教学点集中参加研修，统一管理，让我们深刻认识到了团队的力量。
对于一个初中教师能够参加这样的研修，我们注重的不是结果，而是我们学习的过程，我们学到了什么，我们以后应该怎样去做，怎样去使自己变的更好，将自己所学传授与学子，我认为这是我们本次学习的目的，也是我本次参加学习的最终目的。 本次研修采取集中研修和分散研修相结合，充分发挥网络远程研修的优势;由专家亲自点评我们的作业，与我们在线交流;让我们老师之间互相评论，互相学习，共同提高。 通过十天的学习，我们劳累，但我们乐于其中。

(一)班会 我成功的带领八年级一班我举行了“情系玉树，大爱无疆”主题班会，也带领七年三班开展“感恩”主题活动，让学生们知道，要学会“感恩”。我带领三班在后面的墙壁上，一起做剪纸贴花，还在一些图案上面亲手写下我对他们的寄语，我们共同参与带来的是我们的凝聚力!
(二)班级管理 班级管理工作中，我力求做到十个点，这也是我在大学中学到的： 第一、疏堵结合，凝沙成塔; 第二、 内外结合，稳中求进; 第三、抓放结合，相得益彰; 第四、 抑扬结合，整体推进; 第五、言传身教，为人师表; 第六、 品学兼顾，教书育人; 第七、身心结合，全面发展; 第八、 宽严结合，科学施爱; 第九、熏习结合，内化升华; 第十、 家校结合，形成合力
1.确立共同的奋斗目标。我和八一班同学们制定的第一个奋斗目标是在月考中拿年级第一。在我们的共同努力下，第一个目标实现了，这就提高了我的威信，使学生看到集体力量，增强学生信心，提高班集体凝聚力。
2.培养得力的班委干部。作为实习班主任，我与班干部探讨交流如何管理班级，处理班级事务，开展日常工作。营造良好的人际氛围。
3.建立人人遵守的班规。我们全班通过班级公约，让同学写建议给班干部，再带领班干部一起制定我们自己的班规。同时，设立意见箱，及时倾听学生意见。
4.在学生学习方面下功夫。各方面工作的开展都是以学习为中心的，我重视训练他们的学习习惯。进行“预习、听课、复习、作业”学习四环节的训练与监督。
5.进行卫生改革，加强班级的卫生管理。卫生方面我进行了很大的改革，由原来的每组值日制改为现在的每组值周制。并制定相应的奖惩措施，由于卫生工作得力，我们八一班在学校评比次次都拿到了流动红旗。
(三)自身行为与素质提高
1.树立良好的教师形象及人格魅力。教师应该用自己的人格魅力去影响学生，我十分注意自己的一言一行，力求成为他们的榜样。课堂上教态从容，充满激情;生活上衣着得体，举止 文明;我从不迟到、旷课;教导学生细致耐心;学生的集体活动，我都积极参加。
2. 不断改进自己的工作。我坚持写好工作日志，积极学习与班主任有关的书刊，并坚持写班主任每月工作小结(见《附表》)，不断指导和改进自己的工作。
3.班主任及英语任课教师工作都要有恒心。不要抓一段时间，放松一段时间。我坚持日日如是，不放松任何一个时间，不放松任何一个细节。
4. 用我的行为去感染我的学生们。孔子说：“其身正，不令而行，其身不正，虽令而不行。”因此，我要求学生做到的我自己先做到。久而久之，也就感染了我的学生们。
