一、注重孩子爱心的培养与分享的精神
一个健康成长的孩子我觉得必须是有爱心的。从小，我就要求女儿见到朋友亲人一定要打招呼，礼貌待人，这样可以促进女儿与其它人的联系，亲近。周末女儿常跟我一起散步。初次见到那些身体上有残缺的人时，女儿不免提出一些问题，这个时候我都会耐心的跟她讲解，并告诉她不能以貌示人，身体上的不健康是造物弄人，他们跟我们是平等的，是一样的，没什么区别。
二、关心孩子的学习情况，给予更多的鼓励。
以前，女儿的班主任告诉我说我的女儿上课时极少举手发言，我就奇怪了，女儿成绩并不差呀。回到家我轻轻地问女儿为什么上课不举手回答问题，才知道原来女儿是怕自己回答错了。我便鼓励她上课要多举手发言，告诉她即使回答错了也没事的，这样更能加深对这道题目的理解与记忆。当然最重要的还是要多掌握些知识，多读多看，就不用害怕回答错了。不久后，热心的班主任老师告诉我女儿上课能积极举手发言了。
三、自己要有足够的耐心。
每天一下班我第一件事就是去查看她的作业完成的怎么样，不会做的要耐心地讲给她听懂为止，吃完饭马上陪她一起弹琴，临睡前还要陪她看一会儿课外书，可以说自己没有一点私人的空间，所有的家务活都要在女儿睡觉之后才能干。也曾想着自己太辛苦了随便她算了，可稍不抓紧她就滑滑梯了，我觉得小孩子就像是一匹奔跑着的小马时不时的需要把缰绳拉紧了。
四、培养孩子的兴趣。
我觉得要培养孩子的兴趣，首先得从简单入手，比如先让她看一些她喜欢看的书、谈一些她认为好听的音乐从中感受到乐趣，再慢慢地养成习惯。一旦变成了习惯你就不用去管她她也会自然而然的就完成了。我想每个小朋友都有自己的爱好，有了爱好就有兴趣，有兴趣就会坚持，会坚持就会变成特长。现在女儿每晚都看课外阅读，遇到看不明白的词句就问我，还常常给她外婆讲故事。写作文对好玩的女儿来说都是不那么让人快乐的一件事。每次作文我都要求她自己先写，如果写得不好，我就会适当的提出一些问题启发她。如她写到百工堰去玩的事，像记流水账一样，我就会问她：首先你看到了什么呀，看到船有没有想到什么呀，坐在船上上又有没有看到什么呀。这样女儿的作文水平也开始慢慢地提高了。就像她的班主任说的语文就是要多读、多看、多写，多记。
五、给予肯定。
女儿从大班开始学琴，每天晚上得练半个小时，这对刚入学时的女儿不得不说是种考验。女儿也曾经想要放弃，特别是遇到一些课程比较难的曲目时就会说：“我要是不谈琴就好了，这样我现在就可以休息了。”我便跟她讲解弹琴的好处，比如说：“学琴脑子会聪明啦。”女儿不解问：“为什么？”“因为学琴是左右脑开发的，你现在不是越来越聪明了吗。”每个小朋友们都喜欢自己变得聪明起来，也希望自己能得到家长的肯定。
