今天，我兴高采烈地来到学校。可是一进门便知道了一个坏消息，今天要英语考试，这让我一下子就紧张起来，再加上上一次考试成绩也不理想。老师说这张卷子很难，我更对自己没有了信心。
我迈着沉重的脚步来到座位上。一眨眼的功夫就到下午英语考试的时间了。我心中仿佛有块石头悬在半空中。考试开始了，那块石头几乎都到了喉咙口。而我的背上似乎有块冰放在上面，使我时不时地打个冷颤，头上也滴下一两滴冰凉的汗珠。手上又好像有一只小兔子，脚上好像系着两块重重的石头。不一会儿听力部分就完成了。接下去，就要做笔试部分了，我又打了几个冷颤。
我心脏跳动的速度迅速加快，笔尖一动一动的，脚也在不停的抖动。喉咙口也好像有一个一直咽不下去的东西，时间一分一秒的过去，我却无动于衷。忽然我的脑海中闪现出爸爸常说的一句话：“失败不一定每次都失败，但放弃就一定是失败。”于是，我做了几个深呼吸，搓了搓手掌，擦了擦额前的冷汗，捂了捂胸口，平静了心情。心里暗暗对自己说加油加油。我拿起笔，低下头，又开始认真做卷子了。做完整张卷子我又认真地检查了一遍，长嘘了一口气。最后，我得到了一个不错的成绩——95分。
每当回想起这件事，我就会想起父亲对我的教诲：不管做什么事都不要放弃。父亲的教导将使我受益一生。

我的英语老师并不是我的班主任，但她也并没有因为这个而更偏向于她的班级，相反，她总是一视同仁。
英语老师带着一副没有任何装饰的眼镜，就像她的性格，很直，虽然有时说话会有些重，但每个同学也都是明白他的用心良苦的；她的眉毛很浓，这也算是远看上去，老师最大的特点了吧；老师的个子也是不高，几乎全班同学都会有她高，但是她在同学们的心中却是无比高大的。但无论如何，老师的教学水平还是很不错的。
我是英语课代表，所以在英语方面我是一向不敢有一点怠慢的，在之前的每一次考试中，我也是有惊无险的坐在第一名的宝座上（在这里说一句实在话，这真的是很累，每次都得付出那么多，我也都是有一些厌烦了）。但是上次的期末考试，确实让我栽了个跟头，我的英语成绩一向是维持在140分左右的，考试这次竟然130分都考不到，这让我有些惊讶，更有些害怕，在几天后的通英语老师的交谈中，我也是从她的眼神中看到了一丝失望，这让我下定决心在今后一定要更加发奋学习。
当然，在英语方面，我也是犯了一些原则性的错误。前几天，老师突然在早上检查起了作业，要知道平日里老师是很少用课堂上的时间来做这样耽误时间的事的。可是那天，也是因为我的一些失误，作业有些未完成的没有告诉老师（再说句实话，告诉老师，真的很得罪人，就是因为怕得罪人，所以。。。。。可是，世界上哪里有不自私的人啊？！！）也是被狠批了一顿，并跟着他们被多布置了几遍作业。对此，我很是心服，我也当然知道这是不对的，是害了同学。可是我却是因为怕得罪同学，我觉得这是我思想上的问题，今后我也应当正确承担起课代表应付的责任，真心为同学服务，所以，这也应了一开始我就说的话，老师对一切同学都是一视同仁的！
这便是我的英语老师，一个能够一视同仁，为同学着想，一个真正让我心服的老师！

it’s time to take measures to coping with this issue and make all the olds live a happy and healthy life. i think government or the communities should build more hospitals or clinics to keep the olds physically healthy as well as more activity centers providing a positive atmosphere to keep them mentally healthy. furthermore, government should be more considerate, instead of putting off the retirement age because it can’t solve the problem .i think it’s time to allow people have the second child. so at a average, 1 adult only have to take care of 1 old person. as a result, family can take on more responsibility by themselves without society’s help. but in my own opinion, government hasn’t be responsible enough.
